What a cool take on his design! You kept him looking like his bony intimidating self with his iconic sharp facial features while drawing it entirely in your own art style, very well done. I like the blue over orange here too, really pops out.

What a fun and cute design! I like the color scheme a lot, and the starfish motif is a fun thematic addition, Ive never seen a star shape used as a ponytail holder like that before, very creative! Im just now realizing the sailor uniform is also marine-themed as well, great job
